The Cary Post 7383 and our Post joined forces recently to fund taking a number of veterans to the State Fair. Funding for the tickets is covered, but the VA wanted a little spending money for the veterns to be able to buy lunch, a drink, and a little momento while they are there. The tab was shared by the Posts and Auxiliaries from both Cary and Garner. Together they contributed $400 for this event.
