Each year we award an award from both the VFW and American Legion to our local public servants from the Police Department and the Fire Deparment. This year, the Law Enforcement officer was Sgt. Scott Selvetur. The Fire Fighter of the Year was Frank Condemi, who will be presented his ward at a later date at the Fire Department. Below is a picure of Sgt. Selvetur getting his award at our December Post meeting, accompanied by his wife and a representative of the Garne PD.
